State law requires that the tax on storage charges accrued against vehicles in storage be collected. This tax will be added to the bid at the public sale. If the bid is lower than charges owed to the wrecker Company, then the tow charge is subtracted from the bid and the remainder will be taxed. If the bid is higher or equal to charges owed to the wrecker company, then only the original storage charges will be taxed. The following table is a maximum approximation only. We cannot give an exact total until they have an exact bid.

FULL WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION by cash, cashier's checks, traveler's checks or
money orders; personal/company checks must have a bank letter of guarantee. All buyers will be required to make a
$100 REFUNDABLE CASH deposit. There is a $25.00 DOCUMENT FEE on each vehicle purchased and tax on the
storage of the vehicles will apply. Items in listing are subject to change. NOTE: These terms will be strictly adhered to.
TITLE INFO: the garage keeper will provide all title/storage lien paperwork at the conclusion of the auction. Neither
Gaston & Sheehan nor the garage keeper is responsible for lost titles or paperwork.
